Forming part of the wider Raithwaite Estate development, the Coastal Villas combine modern architectural design with the natural beauty of the North Yorkshire coastline.

Designed by Holder Mathias Architects, the villas feature expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing, contemporary architectural detailing and carefully considered connections between internal living spaces and the surrounding coastal landscape.
