Project: Rooflight Replacement & Remedial Works Scope: Specialist Rooflight Installation, Design Review & Project Recovery

Rooflights & Atriums was brought in to rescue a challenging rooflight replacement project after the previous installation had been condemned, leaving the works at a standstill.

Drawing on our extensive experience in specialist rooflight replacement, patent glazing and remedial glazing works, we assessed the existing installation, identified the issues preventing successful completion and developed a practical solution to bring the project back on track.

Working within the constraints of the existing building and previously completed works, our team helped overcome the technical and installation challenges, delivering a high-quality glazed rooflight solution with careful attention to detailing, weathertightness and long-term performance.

The project demonstrates our ability to step into complex situations, resolve problematic rooflight installations and provide clients with the technical expertise and confidence needed to successfully progress stalled construction projects.
