Rooflights and Atriums offer a full service; assisting you from conception to the realisation of your project. We are committed to not only offer specification, design, and supply of your products, but also offer a full installation package.
Consulting, design and installation
For commercial clients we work as a bona-fide subcontractor on all types of contract, and have the relevant accreditations, insurances and contractual experience to satisfy even the most administratively demanding of schemes and polices. We work with you to ensure that your client is satisfied throughout the process and beyond.
We offer installation of any rooflight procured through ourselves, backed by our 10-year installation warranty for design, supply and installation + collateral warranties where required.
On site we have ‘right first time’ policy meaning works are checked and signed off internally before being offered to our client for inspection. We have a rigorous internal sign-off procedure, updated upon completion of each aspect of a project.
This information helps to form the Health & Safety File and O&M manuals for your project which contain all of the required project information included a dedicated number to phone for service and maintenance where we respond to call outs within appropriate timescales as part of set KPI’s subject to regular audits.
